Returns
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, uncut/unstitched and in its original packaging with tags.
- Products that have been cut, stitched or altered cannot be returned.
- Items bought on clearance/sale may be exchange-only.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please WhatsApp us an unboxing photo/video within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
How to Request a Return

- Our team will confirm the pickup or share the return address.
- Once the product is received and checked, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer/UPI. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone.
